Professional Bio – Ronald K. Gagosian

Ronald K. Gagosian is the founder of The Gagosian Group, a transformation-based consulting

platform for high-capacity leaders ready to stop performing success—and start building legacy.

With over four decades of experience in banking, payments, assisting clients navigating private

capital markets, and brand strategy insights, Ron brings a rare offering of institutional rigor and

soul-level leadership. He doesn’t just help people scale a business—he helps them align their

message, mission, and moral wealth.

His clients don’t chase the room. They become the room.

Known for his clarity, trustworthiness, and cinematic storytelling, Ron equips powerful voices to

rise—not from hustle, but from wholeness. For those who’ve built the empire but still feel

Throughout his career, Ron has held senior management positions at Bank of America and

Silicon Valley Bank, supporting clients across commercial and consumer banking, payments

technology, and the private capital markets. He co-founded a consulting firm in downtown San

Francisco and currently serves as Chairman and Co-Founder of a Digital Experience Platform.

He has advised numerous clients on capital raises, innovation scaling, and purpose-aligned

system design.

Now in the second half of life, Ron is focused on legacy leadership—coaching high-performing

individuals who are ready to lead from alignment, not adrenaline.

His laser focus is to scale and lead a growing team in his LifeWave X39TM practice, a

breakthrough wellness technology platform backed by over 200 U.S. patents and peer-reviewed

clinical studies. His mentorship is backed by several of Lifewave’s top earning Elite Senior

Presidential leaders.

Ron is on track to reach Senior Presidential Director by the end of 2026. His

leadership combines high energy, deep strategy, spiritual clarity, and grounded execution.

A native San Franciscan, Ron is a graduate of Lowell High School. He earned his B.A. in

Economics and Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, an MBA from Golden

Gate University in San Francisco, CA, and a Certificate in Capital Markets from Pepperdine

University, Malibu CA. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is building a global

movement rooted in wellness, wealth, and generational legacy impact.
